Another Mulch Fire
Hi Everyone. After taking the trash out, I decided to walk through the lot and saw that the mulch in the front of the building was on fire (see photos). 911 was called. The firemen were asked what might be ignighting this, but they could not say for sure. The firemen were saying that it could have been a thrown cigarette or anything. Notice in some of the photos that other mulched areas near the fire were already wet from someone. We should ask for FRM to address this serious issue. I would suggest that folks consider apartment renters insurance as a safeguard. We have it on our rental unit.

Management is aware of this problem and has even sent several memos. it is clear that this mulch has been catching fire. So....Option A is remove the unsafe materials or Option B, hope the firetrucks catch it in time...
